With a degree in Sports Medicine, Dr. Sayer focuses on training patients to HOLD their alignments. At the beginning of care, Dr. Sayer will instruct patients on the proper stabilizing exercises to add to their daily routine. Most patients do those exercise as part of their normal work out, either at home or at the gym.
When called for, Dr. Sayer utilizes Electric Stimulation and Ultrasound to aid in the healing of damaged muscle.
Trigger Point and Traction Therapy:
After each chiropractic treatment, we encourage the use of our roller tables that aid in relaxing taught muscle. The quicker the muscle around the injury starts to heal, the quicker you will hold your alignments.
